We got an upgrade and it was a nice surprise. The Rooftop view was stunning, perfect for breakfast. The room was comfy, just enough space for us. But check-in took way too long, which was frustrating. Overall, loved the vibe and would recommend trying the bar for some chill time.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the clean and comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The indoor pool on the 23rd floor offered stunning views of the city, and the breakfast buffet was exceptionally delicious with diverse offerings. However, I did find the check-in process a bit slow due to the long line at the front desk, and I wish I had been aware of the mobile check-in feature available for Hilton Honors members.
